The T-980 is an advanced 8-zone conveyor reflow oven featuring an intuitive touchscreen control system and a 400x1160 mm soldering area. With multiple independently controlled heating zones, it provides precise temperature profile adjustment and reliable soldering performance for a wide range of PCB assembly applications.
Equipped with 8 heating zones, the T-980 allows flexible temperature profile adjustment to meet the soldering requirements of different PCB designs and electronic components. The extended heating area supports stable, consistent soldering results for demanding SMT applications.
The combination of infrared (IR) and hot air heating technology ensures efficient heat transfer and uniform temperature distribution. A specially designed circulation fan maintains stable airflow, making the T-980 suitable for continuous reflow soldering of PCBs populated with LED, BGA, and other electronic components.
The intelligent PID temperature control system provides accurate temperature regulation throughout the soldering process. High-current solid-state relays (SSRs) enable reliable, non-contact switching of the heating elements, helping maintain stable heating performance and reduce temperature fluctuations during operation.
The conveyor system is driven by a stepper motor and dedicated stepper motor driver, ensuring smooth and stable PCB transportation. The conveyor speed is adjustable from 0 to 600 mm/min (0-10 mm/s), allowing operators to optimize soldering time according to different PCB requirements.
The integrated touchscreen provides convenient machine operation, real-time status monitoring, and clear display of heating parameters. Its intuitive interface simplifies temperature setting and process monitoring, helping operators manage the reflow soldering process more efficiently.

Standard package service:
The package of our P&Ps is standard export wooden package to avoid the damage during the transportation.
Transportation service:
1. Shipping by TNT/ DHL/ FeDex express door to door.
For package below 200kg , you can use TNT, DHL, Fedex or other express company, it is door to door service, it normaly takes 5-8 days delivery. Please note import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer responsibility.
2. Shipping by air / sea.
For large quantities, above 500kg, you could use air or sea delivery.
FCA: We will ship the goods to warehouse in China asked by buyer, the air company will help arrange international flight to ship goods your place. The air shipping fee is buyer's responsiblity.
CIF: It means send goods to buyers' nearest seaport by sea shipping, about 18~40 days shipping time, it hasn't tracking informations, buyer must do customs clearance locally and pay custom tax, you could use an agent to do every local things and deliver the goods to your place.
FOB: It means you can arrange the shipping company, we will ship the goods to the sea port in China according to your notification, and we will do all local things in China. After goods leave China port, other fees is buyer's responsibility.
3. Shipping to Russia.
We will send the goods by plane, buyer no need to pay any taxes duty, first we will ship the goods to Moscow, shipper will do all the cutoms clearance, shipper will pay taxes in advance. After goods arrived Moscow, Russia local express deliver the goods to your place. So buyer don't need to worry about the tax problem.

4. Pick up from our factory directly.
You could use your own shipping agent or your DHL/TNT/Fedex account. You can arrange them pick up from our factory directly.
